Come Rain or Come Shine: From Grey's Anatomy to Private Practice is a special episode that tells about and shows recaps of episodes from Grey's Anatomy and it also shows recaps of the pilot episode of Private Practice.

This is the fifth special of Grey's Anatomy and the first special for the spin-off series, Private Practice.

The narrators are the writers from Grey's Anatomy, was telling about the recaps of the character, Addison Montgomery.

The special episode aires on September 19, 2007. A week before the premieres of different ABC TV series aires.
